Today, I’ve brought you some recommended foundations and cushions that you won’t regret buying during the Olive Young sale >____<🩷🩷🩷!!!

 

 

1. Laneige Neo Cushion Matte💚(17C Cool Vanilla)

 

I am currently using Laneige Neo Cushion Matte 17C Cool Vanilla.

I'm currently using this shade! As a member of the "Soft Skin Lovers" group, this is one of the cushions I reach for the most...😳🫶🫶🫶

💚Formulation: 

True to its nature as a matte cushion, it sets the moment it is applied to the face, so the thinnest and prettiest finish is achieved when spread immediately after application. 

I really liked that it provides good coverage even with just a small amount!! However, if you have dry skin or combination skin like me, it will definitely cake if you apply it after having a very light base during the winter or transitional seasons. So, I recommend applying it after your base is very solid. 🥹🥹

💚Puff

First of all, the advantage is that the cushion's built-in puff is a sheath-shaped pocket type, making it easy to control the amount of product dispensed. 

I think the cushion and the built-in puff go well together >__<

💚Color 

I especially recommend the 17C Cool Vanilla I am currently using to those with cool undertones, shades 19–20. 

True to its name 'Cool Vanilla,' it is a vanilla color with a pink base.

It is a base color suitable for No. 17, with just the right amount of brightness.

When you open the cushion, there is this orange puff holder(?) inside; it really prevents the puff from flying out, so it's actually quite a lifesaver.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Giverny Close-fitting Cover Foundation💚 (No. 17 Porcelain)

 

For those with combination or dry skin, this is the place... If you're someone who says any foundation cakes no matter what you use in the winter, I seriously, seriously, seriously recommend the Giverny Close-Fitting Cover Foundation ㅠㅠㅠ🫶🫶🫶

I am currently using the Giverny Close-Fitting Cover Foundation in shade #17 Porcelain. It isn't as bright as I expected for a #17, so even those with a #21 shade can use it comfortably.

💚Formulation 

When pumped once onto the back of the hand, the texture appears slightly thick, but once spread, the foundation itself feels surprisingly moisturizing. 

The makeup tool that paired best with this was the spatula!! ⭐️

It isn't a formula with amazing coverage, but if you apply a thin layer, it feels like a natural foundation that almost looks like no-makeup makeup. 

I really highly recommend this as a daily foundation. 

💚Color 

A color with a strong pink base 

As I mentioned earlier, it is shade 17, but it came out on the darker side. 

I think the color looks prettier with cool-toned makeup or a natural no-makeup look rather than warm-toned makeup ^0^ ⭐️

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Banila Co Coverlicious Power Fit Foundation💛 (No. 20 Cream)

 

I seriously debated for years whether or not to buy this Banila Co foundation, but I finally bought it because there were so many recommendations... and it really is good... Especially when I mixed it with a moisturizing foundation from another brand rather than using it alone... wow, the result was seriously insane skin finish ^__^ (This is a method I highly recommend for those with combination or dry skin who want to use Banila Co foundation haha) 

💛Formulation 

True to its coverage-focused formula, it features a thick texture. 

Since it has a formula that sets as soon as it is applied to the face, I highly recommend spreading it immediately after application. 

I think the brush was the best match for this makeup tool (personally, I felt it was a bit difficult to apply with a spatula haha). 

💛Color 

Ah... honestly, the color of this Banila Co foundation is just insane (positive). It really feels like the epitome of a beautiful ivory shade. Plus, since this color stays a lovely ivory shade all day long without darkening (on my face), I just can't help but love it so much. 

For those of you looking for a pretty ivory foundation shade like me??? This is the place... Please, just give it a try... It is so beautiful that it is no exaggeration to say that one of the reasons I, with my dehydrated oily skin, cannot give it up—even though it is matte (based on dehydrated or dry skin)—is because of this gorgeous foundation color unique to Banila Co. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
