Prevention of dry skin

Skin dryness is a condition where the skin cracks as if it were splitting.


1. Do not use a fan heater for a long time. Keep the indoor humidity at 60% or higher.
2. Avoid hot water baths and saunas. Although they may feel good at the time, they ultimately strip the skin of moisture. Limit the frequency of baths and take lukewarm showers instead.
3. Since an imbalance of Vitamin A can easily lead to dryness, increase your intake of eel, liver, spinach, carrots, etc.
4. As you age, your skin's ability to absorb moisture decreases and sebum secretion declines, which can naturally lead to dryness caused by skin aging. In such cases, a complete cure is difficult, and you have no choice but to take care to prevent dryness.
