The scent is pleasant and not off-putting.

I think that is a product used by people with perms. I'm not sure if there are various types.

If you apply it to the ends of your hair before drying it,

The hair is filled with moisture, shortening the drying time.

There is a subtle lingering scent on my hair after drying it.

Please be careful if you apply it after drying your hair, as it will make it greasy.
