Foods that help whiten skin in the summer

What are some foods that are good for skin whitening?


✅ First of all, the first is lemon. 
Because lemons are rich in Vitamin C, they are effective in improving pigmentation such as blemishes and freckles, and help produce collagen to create firm and radiant skin. They also strengthen capillaries and promote blood circulation, which helps to brighten the skin tone.

The second is kiwi.

The third is strawberries.
