1. Using the right cosmetics and perfect cleansing

2. Boosts physical immunity

This is the most important point to prevent acne.
If your body's immunity is high, you have the strength to fight and overcome acne, so you can win the battle against acne bacteria.

3. Eliminate toxins from the body (constipation)

A significant amount of toxins enters and accumulates in our bodies when we frequently consume instant foods, foods containing preservatives, and old processed foods.
Drinking plenty of water and frequently flushing out toxins from the body through yoga, stretching, or intestinal massage is also significantly helpful for acne.
