It says it is effective for improving blemishes, but I think it was more effective for improving skin tone than for blemishes. It is very moisturizing, so when I used it, I pumped it twice, mainly on my cheeks.
It has a sticky texture, so I think those with oily skin might find it a bit uncomfortable to use in the summer. I have combination skin, so it was fine for me; in fact, I liked that it even moisturized!! The scent is nice too.
