UV rays are the biggest enemy of skin aging! You all know that, right? The skin on the neck is thinner than on the face, so aging progresses faster when exposed to UV rays. Please don't skip it just because it feels sticky or bothersome; make sure to apply it to your neck as well.

 

Apply moisturizer to the neck as well
Many people apply generous amounts of product to their face, but often neglect their neck. As mentioned above, the skin on the neck is thinner, making it a much more prone to wrinkles. Therefore, providing sufficient moisture to the neck is essential. Simply getting into the habit of applying the leftover product on your hands to your neck can prevent dryness and help prevent neck wrinkles.

 

Appropriate pillow height and proper sleeping posture
If a pillow is too high, it causes your head to droop, which can lead to neck wrinkles. It is best to choose a pillow that matches the height of your shoulders. Additionally, sleeping on your side or stomach can cause neck wrinkles, so it is advisable to sleep on your back whenever possible. However, since sleeping on your side can sometimes be beneficial for conditions such as lower back pain or indigestion, please ensure you maintain the correct position when sleeping on your side to prevent neck wrinkles.

 

Not continuously bowing one's head
With the frequent use of smartphones these days, people tend to lower their heads more often than before. Continuously using a smartphone while looking down, lying face down, or lying on your back puts strain not only on neck wrinkles but also on your shoulders and wrists. When using a smartphone, it is best to hold it up and face forward as much as possible.
