Not continuously bowing one's head
With the frequent use of smartphones these days, people tend to lower their heads more often than before. Continuously using a smartphone while looking down, lying face down, or lying on your back puts strain not only on neck wrinkles but also on your shoulders and wrists. When using a smartphone, it is best to hold it up and face forward as much as possible.
