I start my day with a cup of collagen in the morning.
I try to drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day.
When my pores are enlarged and sebum is excessive, like it is these days, I use a green tea teabag pack.
I steep unused green tea bags in water and pat the water onto my face as the final step of my cleansing routine; the next day, my skin brightens and even my breakouts disappear, so I do this often in the summer!
