My Own Beauty Info

Now that I'm in my 30s, I realize I have to make beauty tips a daily routine just to have a chance of keeping up with the average 20-year-old. Here are my personal beauty tips.

 

1. Drink water on an empty stomach

It promotes overall circulation to brighten the complexion.

 

2. Minimize makeup

Thanks to COVID-19, I've been covering up well with a mask. Since I have acne-prone, fragile skin, minimal makeup is great.

 

3. Taking inner beauty supplements before bed

I take collagen, and I highly recommend Vitamin C when your complexion looks bad.
