Winter Skin Care Tips


1. Apply moisturizing cream regularly. It is especially good to apply it frequently around the eyes and mouth, where wrinkles tend to form.

2. You must drink plenty of water. It is already common knowledge that drinking water frequently is good for your health as well as your skin. It also has beneficial effects on the skin during the winter. By drinking water often, you supply sufficient moisture to the skin.

3. Using a humidifier also helps with winter skin care. This is because increased use of heaters due to cold weather dries out the skin. Regulating humidity with a humidifier is essential for protecting skin health. Hanging out laundry is also a good idea.

4. You must get enough sleep. Lack of sleep not only causes rapid aging but is also fatal to your health. The saying that sleep is the best medicine didn't come out of nowhere.

5. Consume Vitamin C. A deficiency in Vitamin C leads to pigmentation caused by melanin, so to prevent this, it is recommended to frequently eat fruits rich in Vitamin C, such as tangerines, and green and yellow vegetables. Using face masks or cosmetics containing Vitamin C is also helpful.
