Skin-improving routine and tips

2. Hydration - It is no exaggeration to say that it is one of the most important keys to healthy skin.

 

If you want beautiful skin, your drink should be water, not carbonated drinks or coffee.

You must continue to drink water throughout the day. Drinking water now does not cause dehydration a few hours later.

Water removes impurities, retains moisture from deep within the skin, and helps with weight control.

4. Exfoliation to remove dead skin cells makes the skin more vibrant.

Oily and normal skin may exfoliate more frequently.

About 3 to 4 times a week. Use an exfoliator suitable for your skin type and do not overuse it.

 

5. Discard old skincare products.

 

Almost all skincare products have an "expiration date," and it is important to adhere to it.

The ingredients of these products decompose when exposed to time and air.

If you see lotion or cream separating or notice a strange smell coming from skincare products, remove them immediately.

There is a possibility of bacterial infection, which can cause skin irritation and rashes.

 

6. Limit your sodium intake.

 

Too much sodium dehydrates you and leaves you with wrinkled, aged skin.
