Not eye cream for wrinkles around the eyes, though.

I'm starting to get wrinkles around my eyes. Are there any good products other than eye cream? I apply eye cream every day, but it doesn't seem to be working. Is a procedure the only solution? *sob* Also, I've gotten four or five tiny bumps around my eyes. What should I do about this? I really don't want to go to the hospital... Please give me some tips.
