My base makeup tends to cake easily.🥲

So always from basic skincare to base

I tend to be concerned.

Based on this experience, I’ve brought you a tip on how to prevent the base from looking cakey!

1️⃣ As the first step of your basic skincare routine, wipe with a toner containing exfoliating ingredients.

Exfoliation is the absolute basic!

 

I always soak a cotton pad with an exfoliating toner and gently wipe my face as the first step of my skincare routine before applying makeup.

 

The most important point here is

You need to thoroughly soak the cotton pad with toner!

If you don't soak it sufficiently

It may irritate the skin when wiping it off.

Please make sure to soak the cotton pad generously with enough product to make it soaking wet!

2️⃣ Replenish moisture with a hydrating serum

Replenishing moisture to the skin before applying makeup is also

It's really the most basic of basics!

 

Rather than oily formulations

It is best to use a serum with a more moisturizing formula.

Also, if you use a lightweight formula, it can help prevent inner dryness!

I make sure to use organic sunscreen.

4️⃣ Apply a thin base!

If you apply too much base at once

Of course, it becomes easier to knit.🥲

So when I always apply base products

I am being careful not to let it get too thick.

 

I use a spatula when applying foundation!

Spread the foundation thinly with a spatula.

Pat evenly with a puff to ensure close adhesion.

For areas that need more coverage

Apply a thin layer once more, or

If you need spot coverage, use a pencil concealer.

You just need to cover it up a little!
