A routine to create smooth feet with care

I tend to be slacking off on weekdays, but on weekend evenings, I clean up and polish everything.

I put a lot of effort into washing and taking care of my feet again today to make them smooth.

First, spray a callus softener on your feet and rub them in before showering.

I have softeners that come with foot files or callus removers.

It seems to become smoother if you spray and rub it in.

Then, lightly press with foot files.

On days when I don't use a softener, I use foot care products after showering when the dead skin on my feet has softened.

There are two types of foot files; the one with better performance is the first one, the foot callus stone.

The Beautique Lab double-sided foot file in the second and third photos is easy to hold and use, and I found it convenient to choose the right one depending on the condition of my calluses.

Actually, the most effective one is a square, glass-shaped foot file for dry feet.

If you rub this on dry feet when the calluses are thick and cracked, they become really smooth and clean.

I don't use it right now because my exfoliation isn't severe, but I recommend it just in case.

The downside is that it can break in half if you push it with too much force.

Then, spray foot shampoo spray and wash your feet thoroughly to finish.

The foot shampoo spray washes your feet until they are squeaky clean, and the scent is strong, so my feet feel even cleaner.

After washing my feet, I dry them thoroughly and make sure to moisturize them well.

Apply a foot cream or ointment containing urea to soften calluses to your entire foot, and

Apply cure cream to the heels and put on heel socks.

Since the front is open, this is perfect for me as I feel very stifled.

And it's perfect because I don't have to worry about the slightly sticky cream getting on anything.
