The reason why my lips stay dry even after using lip balm

My lips tend to be dry often, so even though I apply lip balm frequently, there were times when dead skin cells would form.

It turns out that if you keep picking at the dead skin on your lips or don't drink enough water, the lip balm can lose its effectiveness.

So lately, I've been using a thick layer of lip sleeping mask before bed, and my skin looks much better the next day. Great!

They say the habit of licking is especially bad!

I habitually eat my lips. I'm trying not to do it these days!
