My emergency soothing routine when my skin breaks out!!
In the past, whenever my skin broke out, I was the type to needlessly apply this and that and touch it, which actually made it worse.
Lately, since I established my own calming routine, my recovery speed has definitely increased.
Especially when I was stressed or couldn't sleep, I often got bumpy rashes and redness on my forehead and chin, but I realized the most important thing is not to blindly use multiple products like I used to!!
First, let me show you my skin condition... (This is from the past)

I did this for this kind of skin.
The first thing I do is drastically reduce my skincare steps.
I used to apply a lot of different products, but when my skin broke out, I found it much better to just use the bare minimum, like a gentle toner and a moisturizer.
Also, regarding soothing masks, using a refrigerated sheet mask for just 5 to 10 minutes helped reduce redness, rather than leaving it on for a long time every day.
And surprisingly, what worked was changing the pillowcase often and keeping my bangs out of the way.
I didn't think this would be a big deal, but I could really feel the difference when my skin is sensitive.
I felt the heat sensation on my skin go down a bit just by drinking more water than usual and cutting back on late-night snacks and spicy food for a few days.
Above all, the most important thing was not touching it with my hands.
In the past, I used to squeeze and touch it every time I looked in the mirror, but the more I did that, the longer the marks lasted.
These days, even when breakouts occur, I try not to touch them as much as possible and focus on soothing care, so my skin recovers much faster than before.
You can definitely see the difference!!!! It's gotten much better!!
