이거 정말 꿀팁이네요 감사해요
My sebum control beauty tip that was more effective than forcibly squeezing!!
I was so stressed about the sebum buildup on my nose and chin that I tried a lot of different things,
In the end, the most important thing was not to force it.
In the past, I used to use nose strips frequently and squeeze my nose with my hands, but it only looked clean for a brief moment.
Actually, my pores got wider and my skin broke out.
Can you see how bad the sebum is? It's really serious, isn't it?
So, I’d like to share my own beauty tips that I’ve been practicing!
These days, first, I open my pores a bit while washing my face or showering with lukewarm water, and then
Gently roll cleansing oil over your nose and chin for about 1 to 2 minutes.
If you rub too hard, it will turn red and become irritated, so it is really important to do it gently.
Then, when I added water and emulsified it, I felt like the sebum was gradually melting out.
And I absolutely never squeeze out sebum with my fingernails just because I see it.
Remove it by gently pressing with two cotton swabs.
It definitely left fewer marks and caused less inflammation the next day compared to squeezing it with my hands.
It was also extremely important to apply soothing care immediately after removing sebum.
I always make sure to use a moisturizing cream or a soothing mask,
Otherwise, perhaps because my skin gets dry, it feels like more sebum comes to the surface.
In particular, if I hydrated my skin sufficiently, there was less shine the next day.
And one of the unexpected beauty tips is
Changing your pillowcases frequently also helps a lot!
When my skin is sensitive, I found that just keeping the pillowcase clean helped reduce sebum buildup and breakouts on my chin.
Ultimately, I think the most important thing is to manage sebum consistently with minimal irritation, rather than trying to get rid of it all at once!
Beauty tips are simpler than you think, right? Give it a try!!
