Emergency routine to calm sudden breakouts in just one day (really worked)
I was so stressed because acne suddenly broke out on my chin and cheeks for no reason at all.
Then, I soaked a cotton pad with the soothing ampoule I had kept in the refrigerator and placed it on the acne area for about 5 to 10 minutes. As the heat sensation subsided, I felt a sudden sense of calm.
And the most important thing was cold compresses. Applying ice directly can be irritating, so I wrapped it in a towel and gently patted it on, and the swelling decreased noticeably.
I was really surprised that my skin calmed down enough to be covered with makeup the next day after doing this routine for just one day.
I think managing it like this is much better than needlessly squeezing or touching it with your hands.
