It used to be the first product you saw on the shelves whenever I went to Olive Young. It is a "Barrier Moisture Soothing Cream" designed to strengthen the skin barrier. Therefore, it is a mild lotion that is much easier to apply without causing breakouts, unlike functional products that can be irritating to the skin. Personally, I find it a bit sticky, so I don't use it before makeup and mainly apply it at night.
