How to use sunsticks well^^

As the weather has gotten noticeably warmer lately, I can feel the UV rays getting stronger. I am realizing once again that I absolutely must not neglect applying sunscreen, especially at times like this.

I recently heard a small but important tip from someone who takes care of their skin~^^

Many people usually just apply sunscreen once in the morning and that's it, but I've heard that it is actually most important to reapply it every two or three hours while you are out.

However, reapplying a cream type over makeup is quite a hassle and tends to cake. That is why I always make sure to carry a sun stick or sun cushion in my bag these days. It’s really convenient because you can just pat it on or rub it over your makeup, so it doesn't get on your hands.

And you really need to pay attention to washing your face after returning home. I hear that UV protection ingredients are often not completely washed off with just regular soap or foam cleanser.

Even if it is a hassle, making sure to do a first cleanse with cleansing oil or water, and then a second cleanse with a mild cleanser, is the surest way to prevent skin trouble.

I used to just wash my face carelessly, but now that I thoroughly remove my makeup and apply plenty of moisturizer, I feel like my complexion is much clearer than before, which makes me feel good.

Instead of buying and applying expensive cosmetics, I suggest we start by practicing the basics together, such as properly removing makeup and effectively blocking harmful sunlight.
