Making a homemade toner pack to moisturize

I'm not sure if that's the right way to put it, haha. I do like face masks, but... sometimes, rather than that slightly heavy ampoule-like feeling... I actually find myself wanting a hydrating pack with a clear and refreshing sensation quite often.
