It is a habit I have been doing for almost 4-5 years.

 

1. First: How to get a beautiful face shape while sleeping

 

It is breathing through the nose. Mouth breathing gradually ruins your facial shape.

(Adenoid face? They say it changes into a face with a slightly protruding mouth.)

Since they are twin sisters, they looked almost identical when they were young, but as they grew older, the difference between their faces became as shown below.

But even if you consciously breathe through your nose when you're awake, it's not easy when you're sleeping.

If you wake up with a very dry mouth in the morning, it is highly likely that you are breathing through your mouth.

I bought this 3M medical tape,

I lightly stick it on my lips before going to bed. A great tip is to apply Vaseline or lip balm to your lips before attaching the tape.

The adhesive is stronger than I expected, so it sticks well, and it doesn't hurt when I take it off in the morning. Compared to before when I didn't have to worry about my breathing.

My face shape feels much more refined, so it’s a habit I can’t help but keep doing haha.

 

 

 

2. Preventing neck wrinkles while sleeping

This is also a habit I've been maintaining for several years.

Using a low pillow is important, but even if you toss and turn while sleeping...

I kept getting wrinkles on my neck.

 

But since using this method, I haven't gotten any more neck wrinkles.

When I apply cream to my neck before bed, I mix in a little Vaseline.

Apply the moisturizer once and let it absorb, and when applying it a second time, if you lightly mix in about one-fifth of the cream's volume with Vaseline...

It works! It doesn't absorb completely, but it feels about the same as applying a nourishing cream. The difference between using it and not using it is not as great as I expected.

It is significant. It doesn't make the existing neck wrinkles disappear, but they definitely don't appear or get worse.

I often hear that I don't have neck wrinkles. I recommend this to anyone concerned about neck wrinkles.

    저 집에 저 테이프 있어요 흰색도 있고 입에 붙이기 해봐야겠네요 
    목에 크림만 발랐는데 바세린 섞어사용하면 목주름 예방이라니 오늘 당장 해봐야겠어요👍🏼

      오 네 입술에바세린 립밤 같은거바르고 입술폭보다 살짝만길게잘라서 세로로 살짝붙이고주무시면되어요 얼굴형효과 마니봐서 꾸준히 하는습관 ㅎㅎ 입전용테이프도있긴하던데 저게가성비가 좋았어요 같은데만 매일붙이면 뾰루지날수있으니 붙이는위치를 매번 살짝씩 바꿔가며 붙이면 좋아요
