제거보다는 보습에 신경써야하네요
Feet that need care even if you can't see them!
During normal walking, the heel touches the ground first. Therefore, it is the part of the body where the body's weight is placed first, and naturally, it is subjected to significant irritation. For this reason, dead skin cells, known as calluses, frequently appear on the heels compared to other parts of the body.
If you are concerned about calluses on your heels, focus on moisturizing rather than using exfoliants. I hope you will apply moisturizing cream after your feet have dried following a shower. This hydrates the heels, soothes the skin, reduces irritation, and helps prevent calluses from forming.
Even if you already have severe calluses on your heels, you should consistently apply moisturizing cream. It is best to apply moisturizer regularly and gently remove the calluses during showers whenever they have softened. Please note that artificially removing calluses using exfoliants can actually make the condition worse.
