Making Toner Pads

If you make toner pads using a toner product that suits your skin well, you can provide the appropriate balance of moisture and oil according to your preference. Since it is summer and I am using a toner pack almost every day, the frequency of making toner pads has noticeably shortened. I recommend using 1/2 cotton pads for the toner packs. They are thinner and absorb faster than regular cotton pads, minimizing the waste of beauty water.
