Home care routine for managing skin without visiting a dermatologist (really saves money)
In the past, I used to go to the dermatologist right away whenever my skin broke out, but the cost was a burden and it actually took quite a bit of time.
So I tried changing my routine to consistently take care of my skin at home, and since my skin condition has remained more stable than I expected, I am managing it sufficiently with home care these days.
The very first thing I changed was “reducing excessive products.”
I tried applying all sorts of things that were supposed to be good, but it actually made my skin more sensitive.
So right now, I keep my skincare simple by just maintaining the basics of toner → hydrating essence → cream, and adding a soothing ampoule only when my skin condition is poor.
For face masks as well, using cost-effective products consistently was more effective than buying expensive ones.
And surprisingly, sleep and water intake were important.
Since changing my routine like this, the number of times I visit the dermatologist has decreased significantly, and I am satisfied because I am saving money while maintaining more stable skin condition.
I think consistent care is the most important thing. Rather than relying solely on the dermatologist, I recommend trying to create a home care routine!
