Say goodbye to morning puffiness in 5 minutes, a routine to bring your jawline to life.
I was stressed about my face swelling every morning. Especially if I ate something salty the day before or went to bed late, my face would be completely puffy the next day, and it would be noticeable even when I applied makeup.
So, after trying this and that, I’ve settled on a morning puffiness routine. It’s effective for the short amount of time, so I’m sharing it.
First, I start by drinking a glass of water as soon as I wake up.
Also, when washing your face, avoid water that is too hot and wash gently with lukewarm water to reduce skin irritation.
The next step is the key: gently roll your face with a cold spoon or a massage tool kept in the refrigerator.
In particular, if you massage from the jawline to behind the ears and along the neck line in an upward sweeping motion, you can really feel the swelling going down as lymphatic circulation improves.
I can see my facial lines becoming more defined even after doing this process for just 3 to 5 minutes.
If you have time, I also recommend applying a cold pack or toner pack for about 5 minutes.
Finally, it is even more effective if you do some light stretching or neck rotations as well.
The best thing about consistently following this routine is that my face looks much smaller when I wear makeup.
Just getting rid of the swelling alone made a huge difference in my appearance.
