바쁜 월요일을 앞두고 자신을 먼저 가꾸는 모습이 최고예요. 몸이 기억하는 루틴이 진짜 무섭죠!
Introducing a beauty routine for welcoming the weekday on a weekend evening.
When Monday begins, along with the start of daily life, a war within the household also begins.
I have an elementary school student and a kindergartener, so mornings are a bit of a hassle for me.
So, for the sake of the weekdays, there are beauty routines I make sure to do on the weekend, no later than Sunday evening.
They are just small tips, but sometimes a week goes by without me taking good care of myself.
Once I made it a routine and executed it, my body remembered it.
I would like to introduce the three preparations I make while waiting for Monday, in order, below.
first , It tidies up the messy hairs on the face.
I sometimes overlook it while doing my skincare on weekdays, so I make sure to remove it cleanly on weekend evenings.
I have tiger eyebrows, with hairs spreading all the way up to my eyelids.
I used to get eyebrow tattoos every three years, but I didn't like the idea of the shape becoming fixed even if the tattoos were done naturally, so recently I haven't been getting tattoos and am just shaping them to the shape I want.
Since they had spread out, I couldn't remove them cleanly even with an eyebrow razor.
I can see some lint remaining, so I pluck the eyebrow hairs growing on my eyelids with tweezers.
Neatly remove any long strands growing out using thinning scissors.
Of course, I try to organize it on weekdays as well, about once every 2 or 3 days.
This is because tidying up the area around the eyes makes it look neat, natural, and tidy.
Also, there are a lot of fine hairs growing around the corners of the mouth, so I make sure to remove them.
It might look like a catfish, so please trim it carefully.
If I don't tidy this up, the area around my mouth will look dark and the corners of my mouth will look droopy, so I make sure to tidy it up neatly.
Besides that, I have a lot of fine hair all over my face, but I'm not thinking about things like skin planning yet, so I'm skipping that.
second, I will apply a face mask.
I used to use a peeling agent, but these days I use a job's tears pack.
I had heard about the benefits of Job's tears a long time ago, so I used to buy organic raw Job's tears powder, mix it with water, and make a face pack.
However, it was a hassle to mix it with water, so I bought a ready-made product and tried using it.
I like it because it refines my skin texture, cools down the heat, and makes my complexion look brighter.
Alternatively, I use sheet masks; I usually look for ones that help with soothing or moisturizing. I try to manage my skin by using masks to calm irritated skin and alleviate inner dryness.
Don't do it for too long; keep it under 15 minutes so you don't lose more moisture.
Third, make sure to trim your fingernails and toenails.
I find it a bit uncomfortable to grow my nails or get nail art.
I simply trim my nails neatly so they are out of sight, and I mainly use nail nourishing products or nail strengtheners.
Since my hands move a lot and are frequently seen by others, I tend to be a bit conscious of them.
My nails look messy when they are long, so I plan to tidy them up neatly over the weekend.
When I want to get into the mood, I apply calm, warm, light-colored nail polish.
Lately, I've only been using nail strengtheners. Even just applying an opaque nail strengthener makes my nails shiny and transparent, which I found to make them healthier and look prettier.
Actually, these are basic care routines that you should be doing, so they aren't elaborate beauty routines.
I think keeping things neat and tidy is another form of beauty.
I think these basics must be established first before moving on to the next stage.
I should make sure to do my basic care well this weekend, following the beauty routine above.
