It feels a bit heavy to apply generously.

If you apply a generous amount of Mild first, then squeeze out a small amount of Eucerin and apply it,

Eucerin definitely has a tone-up function, but

It's matte, so I guess you could say it dries over time.

It feels soft and matte, but it's a bit dry.
