Simple and light, as a nutritional supplement in the morning
The mornings are cool these days.
I go to the gym in the morning or evening.
I make sure to take my supplements with water in the morning.
I buy collagen and make sure to take it, but actually....
I'm not sure about the effect. There hasn't been any noticeable change.
Still, since it's a supplement, I guess I'll get better if I make sure to take it.
