Worst cosmetics

I have dry skin, so I prefer moisturizing products, but this one doesn't seem to suit my skin type. Even after applying it as a base, the moisture disappeared significantly, so I don't think it works for my skin. It feels like a waste to keep it on my vanity. It's not very good for me. Next time, I think I need to buy a product with plenty of moisture.
