Worst cosmetics

I found out after using it that this product was actually featured on YouTube. My skin gets particularly tight in the fall and winter, so I always stock up on at least two or three tubes of moisturizer whenever I buy one. I have been using Dr. Newel Ocean Cream since last year. Usually, creams are meant to minimize oiliness and skin tightness, but this one is quite greasy and shiny. When I was younger, I liked this look because it seemed to give a glow, but as I get older, the oiliness and shine just don't look good anymore. Strangely, the cream itself doesn't feel that sticky, so I wonder why it is like this. Now, I'm afraid to apply it properly.
