The worst cosmetics I've ever used

It's Etude Fixing Tint!!!

No matter how much I apply lip balm, lip pack, and even honey at night before going to sleep

Even if I moisturize my lips, applying only this tint makes them dry and causes dead skin cells to flake off ㅠㅠ I seriously went out wearing it and ended up in an embarrassing situation... People say there is something on my lips, but that is just my lip dead skin... ㅠㅠ The color doesn't apply evenly either!!!
