Introduction to the Worst Cosmetics

The worst cosmetic I could think of is this one.

This is Cellimax Noni Balancing Toner.

I tried the toner for the first time, but it wasn't very moisturizing.

Still, I wanted something a little fresh and moisturizing.

This product is just like water. It's really watery.

It's not the absolute worst, but if you want something refreshing, I recommend a different toner!!
