I don't know if this is acne or folliculitis.

I frequently get hard, pimple-like bumps on my chin, but they don't produce sebum.

I thought it was folliculitis, so I applied folliculitis ointment, but it didn't get better; however, it improved when I applied acne ointment.

I wonder if it got better because it was time for it to get better.
