Skincare for the heatwave

The heatwave continues. How is your skincare routine?

After washing my face, I lightly apply only toner, ampoule, and serum.

My skin is very dry from the inside out, so it feels tight if I don't apply anything. But when I apply essence and cream, a lot of oil is produced.

My skin is dry on the inside and oily on the outside, so I struggle every time I do my skincare.
