I have been using Sulwhasoo Jaumsoo toner for years.

Although it has decreased quite a bit with age, my face still tends to be oily. However, if I apply a light base because of the oiliness, my face becomes dry and rough, but if I apply a heavy base, it doesn't absorb well and becomes shiny quickly. I have to find the right balance. Since toner is the first step in my skincare routine, Sulwhasoo Jaumsu suits me best. It is neither too light nor too heavy. That is why it is a product I have been using happily for years.

But it's no secret that I hardly use the Consonant Fluid unless it's winter because it doesn't suit me well... hehe.
