This is Danahan Goyun Red Ginseng Extract that I purchased at Daiso for about 5,000 won. It is not a light toner, but a moisturizing toner with a runny consistency.
This is a toner recommended for those with dry skin.
Cheap products tend to have light textures, but I liked this because, despite being an affordable item from Daiso, it has a nourishing, highly moisturizing formula. It doesn't irritate the skin, so I'm using it well.
