A safe bet for combination/oily skin: Toner pads

I used to apply toner separately using a pat toner and a cotton pad, but it became a hassle, so I looked into toner pads and chose Needly from the recommendations. Now I understand why so many people buy it.

Since it is the largest size among the pads, one sheet is ample enough to wipe both my face and neck. There is almost no lint towards the end of the toning process, and the pad thickness is just right, so it holds the essence well. The essence feels moist and fresh, adding to the refreshing feeling 👍

However, I didn't see any effect when I had skin problems, and I didn't get the feeling that it was amazing while using it, so I think it's just an average product.
