This is the "Good Ingredients 100-Hour Moisturizing Cream" sold by Skinfood. Perhaps because it uses "good ingredients" just like the name suggests, it is really mild and refreshing. It is very safe to use. Since it contains Royal Honey, I expected it to smell like honey, but it doesn't; it does have a slightly strange scent, haha. It is great for applying liberally without any hesitation!
