Some people say that wiping toner is bad for the skin, but on days like these, I feel even more uncomfortable if I don't wipe with a cotton pad.
This is my third or fourth bottle of this toner. It's great as a wipe-off toner, or just pat it on to absorb. It has a watery texture, but it isn't drying; instead, it leaves the skin feeling soft and moisturized, just like an essence toner.
