Skincare essence toner I bought with my own money

I used this toner because it contains fermented ingredients and essence, so I thought it would provide more nutrients to my skin than using just a regular toner. My skin feels much more hydrated and stays moist compared to when I used just a regular toner, and my makeup applies better, so I find myself continuing to use this essence toner. It seems to make my skin more elastic as well as providing hydration.
