Dokdo Toner Review

I bought this in a hurry because my skin was red, dry, and stinging during the change of seasons.

After soaking a cotton pad generously and placing it on my face for about ten minutes, my skin feels soft and soothed. It is fragrance-free and non-irritating, so I use it all the time. It feels like this toner pack is sufficient, even without using a separate sheet mask. It also helps with exfoliation. I highly recommend it!!
