Horse oil toner that works for both wiping and absorption.

I usually prefer wiping toner, but I sometimes do absorbing toner afterward as well.

This toner has just the right balance of moisture and oil, making it perfect for both wiping and patting. It’s a really great toner. It isn't a pump type, so it’s a bit of a hassle, but I use it by dabbing it on with a cotton pad. The scent is pleasant and pleasant, so I keep buying it because I love it. You can feel the oiliness first when you apply it to your skin, but it absorbs quickly, leaving your skin feeling incredibly hydrated and supple by the end. High-moisture toners can sometimes be a bit irritating when using a cotton pad, but this one is so great to use without any irritation! I recommend it for daily use.
