The Laha True Cell Advanced Recovery Toner has a concentrated, essence-like texture, making it a highly hydrating toner that leaves the skin moist and soft. I usually dislike heavy sensations on my face, so I tend to avoid products that feel heavy or sticky, no matter how good they are.
