Wonder Vegan Label Ceramide Mochi Soothing Toner soothes skin that has become sensitive due to heat. It contains no artificial fragrances, artificial colors, animal-derived ingredients, or PEG surfactants, so it can be used safely even on sensitive skin. It is nicknamed "snot toner" because of its highly concentrated consistency, and the packaging is label-free with a vegan label to be environmentally conscious. Even applying just this toner keeps the skin hydrated without any tightness. Since I always use up toner faster than lotion, I am currently using the large 500ml size.
