I recommend Etude Soonjung Toner.

The basics of skincare! Among toners, I am currently using Etude's Soonjung Toner. With a pH of 5.5, it doesn't irritate the skin, and since it has a watery texture, applying it with a cotton pad to refine the skin texture is the perfect first step after cleansing!! When it is dry like in winter, I find it fine to reapply it several times.
