This is The Lab by Blanc Doux Oligo Hyaluronic Acid Toner.

It replenishes moisture from within with low molecular weight hyaluronic acid and creates firm, supple skin. As I have sensitive, dehydrated oily skin, choosing cosmetics is really difficult. However, since using this toner, I haven't had any breakouts, and I have been using it with satisfaction for several years now. I love it even more because it has no artificial scent.
