I highly recommend this for sensitive skin. I have delicate skin that turns red when it comes into contact with alcohol, so I discovered this product while looking for a safe toner. It is truly gentle! It is moisturizing, so it is good to apply it and let it absorb, or to wipe it off with a cotton pad. However, since the ingredients are good, I think it is great because letting it absorb helps resolve inner dryness as well.
