This is Clinique Clarifying Lotion Twice A Day Exfoliator 3. It is a hydrating toner, and since product number 3 is the most suitable for acne-prone, sensitive skin, I have been using it as a basic skincare product for a long time. It soothes sensitive skin, so it is my favorite toner. It cleanses gently, which is great.
