It is great to use as a toner.

It is a slightly viscous, milky-colored product that provides basic moisturization as well as whitening care.

(Actually, I didn't really notice much of a whitening effect.)

Above all, I like that I can use this product with confidence because it is free of 4 types of parabens, has minimized synthetic dyes, and has completed skin irritation tests.

It is mild and moisturizing, making it a good product to use generously without feeling heavy.
